Refund request

I took my car for service on the 04/03/2013, I had to pay for the service fee of R1867.27 myself as the garage didnt get the authorisation.
During that week I struggled to get hold of your company's no as I never received an documents from you.
Eventual I managed to get the correct nos and I was advise to send some docs, which I sent to a consultant name Alicia Makhantso on the 12/03/2013,
On the 22/03/2013 I email Alicia to check if the refund is done but she didnt respond to my email.
On the 02/04/2013 I called again, trying to find out why I havent received my refund, I spoke to a lady I forgot the name but she advice that the docs were sent to process the refund and she will found out why it wasnt done and give me feedback the following day
On the 04/04/2013, i called again spoke to Vanessa, she said the same thing as the precious lady and she was going to call back with feedback.
She did call back same day and advice the refund will be done the following day and it should me on my account by today, 06/04/2013,
til now i havent receive my refund
Can someone respond to my query immediately!!
