I recently (Feb 2013) moved my insurance portfolio to Alexander Forbes with Christa Snyman being my allocated advisor. earlier this week I had to lodge a claim. Documentation was forwarded to her on Wednesday afternoon at 15h00 and I received confirmation that the processing as well as approval of the claim had been finalised by Thursday morning at 11h00. Well done in the urgency and professionalism in which this matter was dealth with. Much appreciated
