So, my PA told you I was in the USA, but you stopped my card anyway. After having to call you - (08600 doesnt work out of SA) and not being able to raise anyone, I eventually had to get someone IN SA TO raise you. Eventually the problem was solved. I called you on my return to SA, Tuesday. Wednesday or Thursday I was told someone would call to sort this out. And this was the last I heard. Now there are a few cards, the directors and sales staff all with these cards, and lest you sort me out OR all these cards are going to another bank.
If you PROMISE TO CALL THEN DO IT!!!
Standard banks service leaves ALOT to be desired - ALOT!! FNB and ABSA didnt give us a moments problem by the way, and your website is unhelpful when overseas.
