Not Willing or able to change debit orde

They say Feedback will be provided within 2 working days and I trust that the matter will be resolved to your satisfaction.

What satisfaction there is no satisfaction. I have had one phone call from Zanade Tabata no reply back How long must you wait.
2 day's turn in weeks. To them you just a number, not a customer.

I have a personal loan with Capitec Bank.
My Capitec loan account gets debited by Capitec before funds becomes available in my bank account. You go to the bank to sort this out in good will and then
Capitec says it is impossible to change my debit dates even though every time it puts my account into the negative and adversely affects my credit score, like if they care.
I have given them bank statements for proof. I have given a letter from my work. My Boss phoned them.
There is nobody that is willing or able to sort this out. I have never experienced such bad service and that people just don't give a especially in a bank industry.
I will not recommend this bank to anyone.
