Service at Benmore branch is horrible

I regret changing banks to Nebank! This is the 1st month where my salary is being paid into this Nedbank account and I already have problems. I have an unauthorised debit on my account, and when I went to the Benmorre branch to enquire I didnt get much joy. 1stly the pregnant lady at the enquiries desk was busy sorting some papers and I had to wait until she was done before she could help me (no problem with that) then i give her my story and she gives me a number and she says go to the telephone and call them. So I go and dial the # she gave me and I ended up at lost or damaged cards??? so i go back to her for the correct # and luckily for me the pregnant lady was busy with a client therefore I had to speak to someone else who gladly gave me the correct # and then the pregnant lady snidely shouts that that's not the wrong # she (meaning I) must listen to the options! I mean she could've just continued with her client but No she had the audacity to shout that the # is correct when she knew its definitely wrong and with such a stinky attitude I mean Really! I obviously called the # but I was kept holding for a while so my issue with the unauthorised debit is still not resolved
