I used to work for Sappi and have submitted my withdrawal documents some time in March. I enquired with Sappi on the 4th April 2013 to find out how far my claim is of which the lady forwarded my query to momentum but to no avail.
On the morning of 5 April 2013, i forwarded an email to Momentum again but amazingly two days of an email is not answered. I just want to know how far is my claim, that's all and if all is in order when should i expect payment.
