This is directed to the Funds at work department, I have sent a request to cash in my provident fun on the 06/03/2013 and the consultant I spoke to said that I would have the money on my account in 10 days.
10 days later i called in to inform them that i didn't receive the funds and the consultant stated that it's almost done and I can expect the funds 3 -4 days later. I still didn't receive the funds, I called in this morning an they stated that the money will be in my account on the 17 April 2013.
I don't trust what momentum says as I have received different stories from them.
I have made commitments for the funds and expect it to be in my account no later then the 05/04/2013!!!
