No Response from Consultant on e-mails or Tel

On Tuesday 04/02/2014 I have sent divorce order claim forms to Momentum with all the supporting documents.
In the e-mail I ask them to please respond to tel me if they have received the documents. On 05/02/2014 still no reply so sent a e-mail again asking to confirm if they have sent it with no reply. The email address they supply for customer to reply to doesn't [Email Removed] it gives a error from their domain server. So I forwarded the document and my e-mails to the Consultant handling the claim. Yesterday 06/02/2014 me and my broker e-mailed them and my ex spouse phoned 3 times and every time she phones they tel her the Consultant is busy they will phone back. Please I need to know what is the progress on this claim and if they have received the documents.
