On the 22nd Mrach i received an sms to advise to collect my card at the above branch. No contact details supplied in order to query. I then called 0126714206 about 7 times and they simply do not answer in order for me to query whether my card is still there as i have been on holiday.

The customer you service telephonically is just as important than the one standing infront of you.
