Unable to get registered on Business online

I opened an account for my Business with Standard bank in December and have been battling to get this and 2 of my other accounts to Bussiness online. I emailed the necessary document to Arlene Botha on the 24th of January 2013 and the documents were hand delivered at her offices on the 5th of February 2013. Up to date I have not received any feedback regarding the Bussiness online. I can not do any transactions in the new account opened and am not going to pay any penaties or interest on this account because I am unable to do transactions out of this account.
