We have been struggling since the 10th of September to get a new employee loaded and activated on our Business Online and TPFA profiles.
We were instructed to drop off the original documentation at Standard Bank Mail Bureau, Basement 1, No.6 Simmons Street, Entrance at Corner Harrison and Frederic Street, Johannesburg 2001 (which we did at 09:00 on the 16th of September 2013), it would seem that nobody knows where we are in the process (or where the documents are) or how long it will take to get this user activated.
The new employee's involvement in our business and ability to use Business Online is crucial and Standard Bank's inability to finalise this request is rather disappointing.
We escalated this issue to [Email Removed] at 10:51 on 17 September - AND Cc-ed all the people responsible for our accounts at Standard Bank (who has not bothered to respond (except for Didi Nel who is no longer responsible for our account)) - but has still not received any positive feedback.
Could you please advise as a matter of urgency.
