Opened a business account with FNB.
Process was complete and account opened on the 23rd of July. Funds was transferred into the account.
Since the 23rd of July we have been unable to register for online banking.
Visited the branch and spoke to the call centre numerous times with the standard response: "Need to escalate the matter. Will take 24 to 48hrs".
How is it possible that a bank the size of FNB cannot resolve the matter in a month?
