I just came from FNB sandton city, I was consulted to by a gentleman named Paul Ndlovu. firstly he was very uninterested in helping me, he had an astonishing i dont care attitude even after i emphasized my need for his help and frustration at the service, he merely ignored me. his supposed manager Nandipha Mkhabeli was just as bad, a manager that was completely unable to give alternatives to resolving my issue other than just the one. i need to put an immediate notice on my 32 day account and she told me i needed proof, the proof i had was in my sisters name as she is the bond holder and the money is needed towards that bill. i explained the situation to her and she showed no remorse or interest. i was the one at the end that had to think up a solution to resolve the problem i had. if that lady is managing that branch she needs to go for people skills trainining because she is terrible and does not make customers feel like they are of value to the bank. I myself have worked in a service industry hence i know how these things work and i must say that that gentleman Paul does not like his job, it shows in the way he treats customers and the same probably goes for that "manager"!!!
