Patrick Refuse To Give Me The Information I Needed

I bank with fnb and I also have a loan with this bank. I noticed my loan payment debt is being deducted early from my account infact before my pay day. so I called in to change this and got put through to person after person and then finally through to Patrick. he said that he cannot change the deduction date so I asked him what will the fee be if theres no money in the account and he refuse to give me an answer, I even said I wil hold on while he finds out but he did not find out for me, that's really bad service!! he is a person with really bad customer service skills and I don't think any person like this should work with customers. I asked him to let me speak to his manager and he said he is managing my account (really now?) I said I want to speak to his floor manager and he said theres no manager on the floor (How can a big institute like fnb not have a manger to manage their consultants, as far as im aware people that deal with peoples money has to work under supervision with is regulation of the Financial Service Board) Eventually I took the managers name which is Shanaaz and sad get your mananger to contact me this was Tuesday the 22th and up till now nobody has contacted me
