Please can somebody get back to me regarding a query I'd like to discuss on my policy. I have left two messages at the call centre (after an incredibly long and patient wait) and had no response. When I phoned again today, there is a recorded message saying the call centre is closed for quarterly feedback (any chance I give the feedback???) and I should try again on Monday. Seriously - it took a week and half to respond to an email, two weeks to return life insurance quotes, and now no returned calls to two messages left. Any wonder I am trying to get my retirement annuities out of your incompetent hands?
