Stanlib impossible to deal with

I have been trying since the middle of last month for Stanlib to activate an on-line account for my investments with them. It is absolutely impossible to deal with this financial institution, this as no one seems to take ownership and all that happens is that they pass the Buck. I've given up trying to resolve this issue as no one will return their calls and no one will take ownership.
