I had described my awful experience with Stanlib recently on your site, whereby I was sent from pillar to post by call centre staff and got absolutely nowhere, except I became a very agitated and stressed client, hence I sent my complaint to you.
Shortly after that, various senior staff, including the financial advisor, contacted me via email and mobile phone and resolved the problems amicably.
