I emailed both satrix and Stanlib requesting that my tax certificate for 2012/2013 be emailed to me.
Satrix emailed me my tax certificate the same day!!! Two days gone and I have not heard from Stanlib?!?! For this day and age, that is shocking customer service!!! Your competition is way ahead of you i.t.o. customer service Stanlib!!!
