I want to cancel my FNB Funeral Plan and to do so I had to call them. I had waited for a very long time to get through to a consultant, so i decided to leave a voice mail message. This was 2 weeks ago, no one has called me back. This last Thursday i tried again only to have the same situation and still left messages AGAIN, and STILL no one has gotten back to me. I am extremely upset as i have been a client of FNB for many years and to have this first bad experience from them makes me want to completely cut off all ties to FNB. I am extremely upset about the matter. I expect assistance ASAP!
