Can't get hold of Online Recalls

After speaking to 2 ndifferent people at FNB call centre, I was told to call Online Recalls in order to reverse a payment. I received the forms but i see that it costs R214 to have this done. Insane if you ask me!!

So, i tried calling then, NO ANSWER and then i sent an e-mail, but NO ANSWER again!! Service Request Number: 1-712432828

I need assistance as my account is being debited. I have tried to stop the debit order but this function is NOT satisfactory!!
