Horrible Service

I received a loan from Capitec in Dec last year for R3000 over 3 months. In the meantime I have recieved a 45% INCREASE in salary and my expenses are exactly the same, now I only qualify for a 1500 over two months and nothing in my expense bracket has changed, seems to me that the longer you bank at Capitec the less you get out of them. And on top of that now all of a sudden they think I am working for phony company they can't seem to locate my company's telephone number anywhere but in Dec they phoned everyday to check when my salary would be paid in!!! And on top of that I tried to activate my internet banking because i need to make an urgent payment and I am still waiting for the sms for the app so now I would have to go in again and reactivate when I deliberately told her to do it again because I do not have time to into the branch again. Looks like I will have to do what everyone else is doing, after 6 years of banking with Capitec I'll have to switch to FNB!!!
