I bought a new car from Hyundai and i took an insurance policy for it with WESTERN NATIONAL... which they explained to me hat i have to pay an access fee of 5000 for every claim... was clear on that one, they deducted their first premium on the 25 /03/2013, on the 02/04/2013 i had an accident with my car... then i called them to claim they told me to do quotes, I did two quotes and called them... then the gave me a claims form to fill in... i sent it back to them... then they call me and tell me that i have to pay an access fee of 20000, 1) because i am 25, 2) my license is less then 7 years these are all things that i was not told... I am so stress... PLEASE HELP!
