Put in a claim of lightning damage via Indigo in November 2012. Company say the didn't receive claim papers at first, . resend claim papers again with quotes. They confirm receiving of everything. Confirm payout via Indgo brokers. Suddenly there is problems with quotes. Say I claim for 40" tv's while the quotes state 32". They didn't send me my original policy. In January I receive a policy via e-mail that was totally incorrect. I correct and up to date I did't receive the new one. They don't want to accept the claim for the 5000 l water although my buildings is covered in the policy. I stay on a plot and use borehole water for my house. Currently I use a borrowed tank to get along. Could your people please help me to settle this issue with Saxum. I can sent you all correspondence via e-mail if you need it.
