Difficulties with my Insurance Company

Dear sir/madam

I Nkosinathi Charles Makhathini have difficulties with my Insurance Company. Western National Insurance Company, My Policy Number is SB031599/12.

I did claim my claim number is 001737. Then I cancelled my claim because I was going to be in debts with the bank, so I decided to fix the car on my own, the car was a write-off. I explained that I will need no help from them (Insurance).

The insurance sent the car from new German- KZN to Benoni Gauteng without me been notified off such actions and to bring the car back from benoni to KZN along with other fees it will cost R12, 768. The insurance will not pay anything to help, James (the broker) said it will up to me the cost. James refuse to release the car without me paying the cost. I still have to fix that car on my own.

Please help I do not want to be in debts, help me get my car back only. Because I still have five years to pay the bank. The only thing i want is to release my Vehicle without paying the insurance the amount of R12, 768 at list 10% of the amount should be fine.
