I have a claim that has been outstanding for nearly 1 and a half months. I left a message for Shelton this morning to call me and one and half hours later no response. So again I have to use Hellopeter to get a response. I need the floor to be replace latest tomorrow and now they tell me that it can only be done in a weeks time, but we will not have any one to open for them as my boss will not allow me any more time off as this claim has taken so much of my working time. So now I need someone with authority to step in and take control and sort this for me, once and for all.
