Long phone response time/Disgusting phone etiqutte

I called Incredible Connection Woodmead to get information about tablets. When I called I had to wait for more than 10 minutes to get through to sales. The sale consultant who EVENTUALLY answered was Mashudu. As a former employee of IC I know how important customer service is, I am very disappointed at the disgusting service I received from Mashudu. I asked him for the SKU of a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 so I could find out which branch has stock or if it is even in the country. I requested an SKU to make it easier for him to get the information that I required and also so that I could call other branches and use the SKU as a reference. He assumed that I work for IC and when trying to explain to him that I DO NOT he didn't listen and arrogantly told me to hold. In the background I could hear him speaking to his colleague, saying I am stupid and going on about how I'm an employee of IC. After listening to this insulting conversation for over 3 minutes I furiously hung up. It's just saddens me how PATHETIC IC's standards are now. I will NEVER buy from IC again. So I called Dion Wired and they were able to assist me.
