Wrong debit orders

We have been clients of Outsurance for longer than 10 years now, and referred a lot of people to them due to good servie we received in the past, but now we've been struggling since Jan 2013 to resolve the problem regarding wrong debit orders being deducted from my bank account. We've phoned numerous times, and been promised to be called back, but since 3 weeks ago, not received any feedback again.

The instalment has been rectified at last (few weeks ago), but Outsurance still owes us money. This whole problem was discussed with call centre agent Stephan, who requested me to send my bank statement so that he can work out how much we must be paid back. Statements were sent, I followed up with another agent if they received it, which was confirmed... but no feedback...

This is not acceptable. Outsurance is very quick when it comes to taking your money, but now that it is the other way around, we are ignored...
Very dissapointing...
