One is lost as there never bankers in mitchell street that are present nor do they have the expertise to provide one with proper information. One walked into the branch to enquire about my atm card and teller at enquiries enlightened me as one should have received this in 2007 when the account was opened as no card has been supplied than already. So this goes to show than when one enquired than when Sandra was the manager as one was told there was no card. And now one is being told at nedbank from enquiries as one was supplied inefficient ser vices. Nedbank ser vice is deterioted especially from a business point of view and one can only imagine what an individual savings account. One is now even more motivated to move to fnb for the services and deposits through atm. As fnb has the right attitude and often frequenting their branch and service they donot only talk it but in action its actualised. At First National Bank one feels like a client and not deceived with services. Imagine from 2007 no banker had picked up one has not had the business tools to pursue ones business without being stuck. One had discovered now that nedbank is backward and requires management and training that
