Unapproved amount deducted from FNB account again

On 08/12/2012 an amount of R129 deducted off my FNB bank account by Nudebt but I do not know what this is for and I never authorised this. The ref. no. supplied is jdjjdj5822. I was promised that the amount will be paid back into the account after I logged a Hellopeter complaint on 08/12/2012 but to date this has not been done. On 03/04/2013 an amount of R129 was again deducted off the same FNB bank account by Nudebt but I do not know what this is for and I never authorised this. The ref. no. supplied is jdjjdj5822. How can unauthorised debit orders be deducted from clients? This is utterly disgusting.
