Terrible service throughout the claim process

I logged a claim for my motorcycle accident 3 weeks ago. Since the claim was logged it has taken 3 weeks to get any info from them, and currently still nothing.

During this time I have been to about assessors going to assess the vehicle on several occasions. I have also had no response from them throughout the whole process.

Finally, yesterday, almost 3 weeks later I was contacted by a company to tell me that they were finally going to collect my bike from the yard where it has been stored since the accident and taken to their premises for an assessment. I've still not heard anything.
