I'd just like to mention how impressed I am with Nazeemah.
The service has been so good; I am utterly distressed due to someone running a Gum tree (selling prams) I'm desprately trying to get my money back as this person is running a :-(
Nazeemah has been efficient it trying to assist me, providing me feedback & just the pure patience & understanding is remarkable. I was so worried I would get any where, but Nazeemah instructed me to go to the police, get a case number & send it to Capitec
The matter is not resolved yet, but I have confidence in Nazeemah.
Well-done Capitec in employing someone with such great skills.
I might move form ABSA to Capitc after 20 years due to this!
