Abuse of access to customer account

Standard Bank debited my savings account on the 28 of March 2013 and took R42 000 from the account. I requested Standatd Bank to reverse this account as the money was meant for something else.
I called their call centre and I was advise to put this request in writing. I made a follow up on Tuesday the 2nd of March and was requested to provide proof that the money was not mine and I did send the bank statement showing who paid the money and the payments that were going through.
I was then asked to write an affidavit, which I did. After all this back and forth. I was told today the 3rd of April 2013 that my request was declined.
I feel Standard Bank abused their powers as the bank as they have access to my account to take the money as they please.
They have never contacted me and asked me for an arrangement to pay them back, this is totally unfair. I don't want anything to do with this bank ever in my life.
