They sent me a messages about 5 months ago that i should go there to register my fica, i went to them and sorted it out then this month i received again a message saying that i should immediately come to register my fica account again, which i did within that day the 14th of April 2013 i received another message stateting that they are going to cancel my account if i don't register by the 16th April 2013 so i ignored it because i already did register. and so they have cancelled my account don't know why but i am moving my account to another bank that actually knows what they are doing, because i cant access my account now and how should i live if i cant get my money. they didn't even have the audacity to phone me or send an sms to let me know that my account is closed
