How can we help you - or not!!!

I have been struggling for the last 6 to 8 months financially.
I have been to different branches over this period to get a consolidation loan, unsuccessful.
My salary is in the area of R10 000 and my min payments is about 15 000, with the loan, repayment would be about R 4000.
After this long time period with no help, I found a person that actually wanted to help, thank you Yolande at FNB branch, also unsuccessful.
She is also aware that myself and wife are in the process of selling our share we had in a property, the reason why I don't want to go under debt review,
because we expect the money within 1 month. Also because of this she advised me to put debit order stops on my accounts which is costing me the most, 4 accounts, this I have done.
I spoke to a lady at collections last month to do the arrangement, whom has helped me over the phone explaining how to pay these accounts then.
Out of the 4 debit orders, only the FNB debits was not returned.
I spoke to their team leader yesterday 2 April 13 around 11 am, Sakhile, whom has told me he will adress with admin and get back to me by 3 pm, not yet happened.
Now I cannot honour my other arrangement that I have made.
