ABSA not reply to email - just list Adverse paye

I was unemployed for 7 months and under voluntary Debt Review from Feb 2013. The Debt review agency made payments as was arranged during the time. I found employment again end of August 2013, voluntary exited Debt Review and tried to arrange a payback schedule with ABSA. I have made thousands of rands worth calls to the 086 numbers to be queued, referred back and fro - from Debt Collections to Collections and back again. At some stage a lady by the name of OLGA started to shout, scream and swear at me. I have sent out numerous emails explaining the need for a pay-back schedule and have read receipts for all of them or that they will get back to me within 3 days or asap - nothing. In the meanwhile I still pay ABSA every month what I can afford, without anyone able to make an arrangement with.
Went in to the local ABSA branch and they advised that I get a loan at my current bank to consolidate and pay of my outstanding ABSA debt. I indeed did so but found out from my bank during the application that ABSA registered me as an adverse payer.
Catch22. I want to make a loan to pay ABSA debt - but they gave me bad credit reference so I can not get a loan! That's PLATINUM service for you!!!
