WORST Service ever!!!

On 21st Nov 2012 I went to Nedbank Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg to close my account. The banker said everything was in order, I was paid the balance that was in my account and she said it was closed. I started receiving calls from Head office about an overdraft on the account. Went in to Rustenburg 3 times later, they said it was their mistake and will rectify it immediately. It is now 4 months later and I'm getting calls from the the attorneys at 8 in the flippen morning charging me with the bad account. I've been a good customer of Nedbank now for more than 10years, never had an overdraft or unpaid bills. They contacted me twice offering better service since I had been such a good client and now I get this incompetent service. It is completely unacceptable! Now I have a bad credit record because of the incompetency of the staff at the Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg. I've wasted my money on petrol and calls trying to sort this out and get absolutely no feedback. Disgraceful!!!
