Poor service at Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg

On 22/06/2013, at /- 10:15 I went to FNB, Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg to collect my credit card
There was only one clerk at the collection's desk, with a queue of 11 clients' in front of me. It took the clerk approximately 5 minutes to help one client
5 minutes x 11 clients is 55 minutes to wait in the queue, is it fair?
I am paying banking fees, and I need a professional service from my bank
