I asked for a car and household quote from one of your agents, Sandesh Maharaj and gave him my details. I then asked him to match a competing quote and he was unable to do so, thus I cancelled the policy before it even started (I have written proof and have sent this in to Absa). I then discovered that he did not cancel the policy but instead sent it through and iDirect has been taking money off my account for 2 months now. This is both illegal and unprofessional. I would like my money refunded as well as a written apology and the person responsible disciplined. Thank you.
