No service at FNB

i would like to express my disappointment at the poor service i received fromFNB bank yesterday 02/04/2013. i was in the area of FNB bank city (Johannesburg) yesterday between 3:00 and 3:30pm. i then decided because i was in the area to have two documents certified that i required for my business. i was sent from one building to the next, where i was told that there not one person in any of the buildings that i went to, has authority to sign my documents. i was then finally told to go to a FNB branch. The closest was Sauer street and proceeded to walk to the Sauer Street branch and when i got there 3:25pm i found that there doors were already closed, surely to my knowledge the trading hours for banks are from 8:30 to 3:30pm, i was then told that the branch has already closed. To make matters worse i then proceeded to FNB headoffice in Diagonal Street and then THE Towers and on both occasions i was also told that there was no one to sign my documents. this i feel is totally unacceptable for a banking institution as big as FNB. i ended up wasting a whole 1hour with no signature on my documents and subsequently missing my appointment scheduled for later that afternoon.
