In May 2013 I settled my loan with old mutual finance, I was told that there's an amount that I need to be refunded, and that I must go to the nearest branch to sign documents. I explained to Asanda that I will only be able to go to the nearest branch which is in the CBD on the 3rd June she said it was no problem, when I did get to the church street branch I was told that they won't be able to help as they can't get hold of their collections department. I then explained to Asanda the following day that I was at a branch and that they were unable to help. In July Asanda explained that I do not need to sign any documents and that everything is ok, when I questioned when am I being refunded she said, I will not be refunded as I didn't sign documents.
I spoke to Asanda in July 2013 the last time and have since heard nothing, her saying that I need to sign and then saying I don't need to sign and going back to me having to sign is a bit disturbing as the nearest old mutual branch is 45 min away from where I am. May I please receive the feedback as I do not know what is going on, and i'm also still waiting for the settlement letter which I had also requested from Asanda.
