Please help. On Thursday, 28 February 2013 I went into an FNB branch on Sauer Street. I requested x1 statement (06 Feb - 28 Feb 2013) which was 2 pages long.
The lady at the helpdesk then alerted me to the fact that I was billed over R150.00 for statements printed at a branch (which one she didnt know herself) on 28 February. I then called Premier banking as advised by the consultant as I am a premier client. But the person who helped me was unhelpful and actually rude referring me back to the Sauer branch. The consultant said she logged a dispute and I would get an sms but to this day no feedback whatsoever. Why was I charged over R150.00 for 28 February 2013 foe x2 pages of my statement.
I am so not impressed.
