New Platinum account frozen & no one can tell WHY

About two weeks ago I decided to switch banks from Nedbank and opened n account at FNB and since I still had a business account with FNB with online access then it was a quick transaction. A Platinum account was opened and I transfered about R16k my card was created then eventually I received my cheque card today but to my surprize after activating it then I went to do a quick shopping to make sure all is well an the transaction was declined. I went to the ATM tried to withdraw R50 also declined with reason account frozen. Phoned the call centre they tell me they can't assist as they don't know the reason and that I needed to got to a brunch as they're the only one who might help. Well had I knowned that now I'm getting back to I wouldn't have switched, changed my debit orders, salary the works, this is frustrating, I can't go through this again.
