Increase of RCP instalment IN ERROR

On 18 February 2013, I applied for an increase in my RCP, but it was declined. But all of a sudden, my monthly installment was increased by nearly R1000??? Standard bank has taken this increased installment off my account for 2 months now.

I phoned to query and, after being on hold for 40 minutes and wasting almost R100 air time, I finally got to speak to the RCP dept at Head Office. I spoke to Jennifer, the lady who increased my installment and was promised a callback by the end of the day (yesterday), but have not received any further feedback. Plus no sign of a refund.

I have tried unsuccessfully to call the number that she called me from, but it is either busy or nobody answers.

I am fed up, as my finances are now in a turmoil and I am just getting no help from Standard Bank.
