Motor vehicle accident on Feb 14, owners vehicle has been repaired. Third party vehicle is still outstanding. Numerous phone calls made to insurance, by member. Internal emails from insurance copied to member. Third party phones member at least 5 times per day. Third party's vehicle is still not repaired, despite quotations presented and all of the above. 6 weeks already passed and urgent action required.
