I had huge legal expenses as I have a visitation rights / protection order / custody case in high court at this stage thus my insurance policy for March have not been received when it was due. Subsequentlik ABSA allocated NAEDO's to strike 7 times without authorisation or prior to arranging or confirming that deduction will be in order thus I was held liable for the rejection fees which amounts to hundreds which ABSA pushed through their system. A single refund was done and Virseker went right ahead and cancelled the policy without my authorisation. My dispute was that my savings account was debited 7 times of which I was only aware of two of the dates. I then informed them that they may debit twice end of March. Virseker then cancelled the policy end of march saying I requested cancellation. Then beginning of April, another R340 was debited without authorisation without any cover on 28 March 2013. The next reporting line will be the ombudsman. If my vehicle is in an accident now, I will be able to proof with ease that I am not at fault here. I insist on refund and apology letter and will ensure that the NAEDO debits is attended to by the watchdogs.
