Horrible service and incompetent agents

I have settled my account with African Bank last week Thursday and I then requested a settlement/ paid up letter. I have been calling their call centre and everyday I get a different story clearly their agent are incompetent and don't know their product it so frustrating cuz this letter was due on Monday had to give it to my employer. I am disgusted at their service...
