House auctioned cannot get any info from FNB

To date we have not received any response from FNB housing regarding our complaint, we have no idea what is happening on our account, we spoke to Phillip Louw last week & he gave us a ladies name Diane that is deailing with our account now to date we are unable to get hold of her, FNB really they have ruined our lives & now they cannot even get back to us
