Housing Finance At It Again

I can now without a doubt say FNB Housing Finance is the most pathetic, unprofessional, unorganized excuse of a home loan department. Yesterday a gentleman (Vusi Ndlovu) called me from Housing Finance saying that they made a wrong payment (R9499.67) into my account and it was meant for a Mr Myburgh asking me if i can please go to a branch and reverse the transaction. I agreed to it after i made a few calls to determine whether this is not. No one at or housing finance was able to tell me. So i go to the bank today sit their for an hour and 40 minutes to rectify FNB's mistakes. Firstly getting a hold of FNB's housing finance is close to impossible but when we eventually got through the guy at HF did not know that he had to send authorization to reverse the transaction so then after dealing with him we had to get an email from him stating so, he then left for home at 10 past 4 and we could not get a hold of him. NOW i'm done with HF, how you get that money is up to you, cos apparently you think i sit around waiting to go sort out your incompetence and incompetent staff. Please call i still have lots to say on the matter and there's not enough characters to type.
