THREE WEEKS SINCE I LOGGED A COMPLAINT NO RES

I logged a complaint with FNB customer services on the 24 October 2013 on the service received from FNB Constantia Kloof Roodepport. I tried to close my bank account and the clerk was unable to finalise this after waiting for over 45 minutes. To date I have not received my refund of over R600 that was in the account and no response from Customer Services as well. Please clarify why do you have a Customer Service Department if they do not respond. I called the number on the confirmation sms received after logging the complaint and was was the incorrect number.
