Standard Bank
Standard Bank left me homeless

In 2010 Standard Bank approached us saying our house had been sold to a person and he was owing them. The matter went to court and Standard Bank was advised to track the buyer and or seller and we would be called back to court. We were never advised thereafter until six month ago when we were approached and informed the house would be auctioned in 48 hours, which went ahead despite attempts to stop the auction. In a few weeks time our family house of over 30 years will be in the occupancy of someone else. Documents now show the house was never owned by our family and was bought in 2006 from the council. No record of my family exists. This is the same house that had become a safe haven for children in the Jabulani area under the JSAP NPO. To Standard Bank on behalf of our family and the children we have catered for we say you have destroyed lives and now maybe others will know and will be able to prevent this kind of thing from happening to the family houses we have owned for years. What our leaders gave us you have taken.
